The A. E. Fleming Company has been active in the Detroit area since the 1950’s. It is one of the only manufacturer’s representatives in the area to maintain its own warehouse facility, which is located at 6811 Miller Drive in Warren, Michigan.

The People

The Fleming Company is owned by Lee M. "Mike" Bryant and John Bettes. Both owners are active in sales for the company along with two additional outside sales people. Our office staff and warehouse crew are friendly, knowledgeable, dedicated, and hard working.

The Geography

The Fleming Company salespeople range throughout the entire state of Michigan, including the Upper Peninsula, Ohio, and the northern half of Indiana. We seek lines for which there are distinct geographical boundaries rather than representation on "account-by-account" basis, and prefer those which are available in the entire range described above.

The Markets

We handle a diverse line of chemical raw materials pigments and mineral products used in the manufacture of adhesives, sealants, plastics, color concentrates, paint, ink, ceramics, patterns and tooling compounds.
